A: Darth Vader Autographs is owned and operated by the Webmaster for Dave Prowse for over a decade, handling his official website, social media, and assisting him at conventions in the U.S. Everything for sale was signed exclusively, so know you are getting the real thing! Dave Prowse’ official website www.darthvader-starwars.com is now closed, but you will see a link from that page to here to verify we are legit. 

Multi signed items are also available in limited numbers from our exclusive private signings with other Star Wars celebrities, such as James Earl Jones, Ian McDiarmid, Christopher Lee, Carrie Fisher, and more.

Q: Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity with each item?

A: A COA is included with each signed item in stock, unless stated otherwise. A small serial numbered hologram is placed on the COA and a matching serial numbered hologram is also placed on the back of the signed item to provide ultimate proof of authenticity.

Q: How much is shipping within the United States?

A: Insured Shipping within United States = $15

A: International Shipping = $50

* International shipping prices for packages have gone up significantly, especially with insurance. We do not make money on shipping, in fact it is sometimes more expensive than we charge and we cover the difference.

** Any customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not accept returns for being charged fees in your country.

Q: How do you ship?

Typically, signed photos are placed in a protective sleeve, then inside a sturdy mailer, then inside a box padded with bubble wrap. We then insure the package to provide total protection. Sale items may be shipped in photo mailers.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are typically shipped out the day after receiving payment. You will receive an email with the tracking # when it ships. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you would like to return an item, you must request an RMA# within 3 days of delivery. If the reason for return is change of mind or an order mistake made buy the buyer, buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If the problem is due to something we did wrong, we will cover the return shipping and  refund with no restocking fee. Orders that are cancelled before they ship will be refunded minus 5% restocking fee. This is to cover the credit card fees that we do not get back when refunding a payment.

We insure all packages, so if the item is lost or damaged during shipping we will file a claim with the shipping insurance company on your behalf. We cannot file a claim until 45 days after shipping date. When the insurance company pays the claim, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the original shipping fee. If the item was damaged in shipping, we do require the item shipping back to us if we file a claim for you.
